Pizza Boli's

Another pizza review today. I’m working in an area of the city and found quite a few places I haven’t tried...but almost no reviews, so you never know what you’re walking into. I’ve seen Pizza Boli’s in other areas and while I’m not a big “chain pizza” guy...it looked like the safest spot local. Onto the slice... right off the bat it looked more doughy than I prefer...but I was pleasantly surprised. The cheese and sauce were above average and the corn meal crust was crispy but chewy. I don’t know if I could eat a few slices but just 1 was slightly above-average which was surprising.
