Today we have a half cheese half pepperoni, just like always to get a consistent flavor review and an idea of the quality and treatment of toppings.
A conveyor oven style bready fluffy crust, the pan gives the edge a little crunch, plenty of support so it's not floppy. Soft in the middle. Crust had okay flavor, pretty plain. Cheese was a good quality mozz, not too salty balanced very well with the sauce.
The sauce is a tad sweet with a little basil and garlic, balanced with a little tang. Pretty well done, great flavor.
The pepperoni is effing delicious, the hammy smokiness over the cheese and sweet sauce is delicious.
Overall it has the makings of a good pizza, the crust is just okay. 6.7. that's a review.
