I ordered a plain cheese pie which was pretty expensive when compared to other local places, but I had read some reviews and seen this place on some critic lists, so I thought it would be worth it. As the driver handed me the pie I got a whiff on some really funky cheese and garlic aroma which wasn’t all to pleasant and quickly filled my entire living room. As I opened the box to reveal the pie which I requested well done, I noticed it was cooked very unevenly because on one side the crust was crispy and slightly charred as I like it, but the other side was just doughy and floppy. I picked up a slice and a soon as I took a bite the taste of the cheeses they used was very overpowering, followed by the sourness and bad garlic aftertaste of the tomato sauce. Nothing about this pizza impressed me, and I would go so far to say it’s just bad pizza. I threw the pie out after one slice and normally I do not waste food. I was skeptical of this hipster establishment called a “pizza museum” and should have trusted my instinct. Hipsters ruin everything including pizza.. which is pretty hard to ruin.
