Pizza Brigade

The Detroit style pizza had great tasting sauce and the perfect amount of cheese that was melted just right. The dough was pretty chewy, too soft, and almost flavorless compared to similar pizzas I have had. The outer crust was crispy and had good carmelization and taste. Would have been an easy mid 8 if the dough was cooked a little longer and was crispy. Over all would total eat there again but get a thinner pie than the Detroit style.
