Pizza Bros

This pizza is a little above average, but there are two main things I would change: The crust, and the grease. Starting with the crust, it’s already pretty good but it could be better. Could be a little lighter. It is perfectly charred, but could be cooked a little longer. The grease on this pizza is a lot for me. I think it could be touched with a napkin a few times before serving. Other than that, it has all the fundamentals of a damn I say it a 8.2+. 7.8 that’s the review
