I’ve been on a Pizza Buona kick for a couple of months now, so I thought it was time to give their house pizza since 1959 - the Rustica - a shot. Thin crust, olive oil base with marinated tomatoes, two types of mozzarella cheese, green peppers, mushrooms, fresh garlic, and Italian parsley. Excellent flavor combination and the consistency this place has shown has me upping my previous score.
