Pizza Buona

Solid undercarriage. Better to eat inside the restaurant. Cheese is great. You will melt your mouth if you eat it fresh outta the oven. Sauce is great. Bon apetit

Overall solid. If you don’t mind the cheese and toppings sliding all over while you eat the pizza. Crust coulda been cooked little more. Got it delivered not sure if that affected the sliding cheese and toppings.

I’ve been on a Pizza Buona kick for a couple of months now, so I thought it was time to give their house pizza since 1959 - the Rustica - a shot. Thin crust, olive oil base with marinated tomatoes, two types of mozzarella cheese, green peppers, mushrooms, fresh garlic, and Italian parsley. Excellent flavor combination and the consistency this place has shown has me upping my previous score.
