Better than expected

It’s Wednesday and that means pizza with my bro’s. So today was Pizza By Biaggio and it was not great. The dough was over cooked and actually had a crunch to it. The cheese was very bland and the sauce,, well there wasn’t any. Boyd is lucky he didn’t come with us today. I should have skipped lunch and spent my afternoon taking his mom to naughty town. Won’t be back.

Thank you for tuning in this week for yet another review because well, that's what we do. 2 things of note right away. Got a pie that is both crispy and doughy at the same time so it was a little different. Sort of reminds me of pizza hut. The other is the oregano in the sauce. Might be a little heavy on the seasoning but not mad at it. Very little grease which is a bonus. This is probably good in a pinch. Seems like Boyd's mom needs a rest TBH...

Pizza by Biaggio...not to be confused with my awesome spot Biaggios. Pizza is good, not great. Sauce doesn’t pop how I would like. No flop, minimal grease though. Was hoping for a more flavorful, delicious pie that pops...I guess I’ll have to just stick with Boyd’s mom!

Well this week was my pick for the regulators. My first impression upon tasting the pizza was good crisp, zero flop, cheese had a weird taste and not enough sauce. However as I made my way down the slice, as I do with Boyd’s mom, the tang became more present. I would call this pizza good, not great.

Really good pizza def should try it!!
