First noticed the great leoparding on the bottom from the wood fire oven. No flop, very crispy crust on the thin side. Tangy sauce, clearly cooked before being put on the dough. Not enough mozz for a Margherita and the basil was still very fresh. Overall, tasty pizza, we’ll be back.
