Pizza by Michael

This is an odd pie. The pepperoni is good, the cheese is decent though greasy, and the sauce was not bad, just not enough of it. The real problem area was the dough. It needs to be cooked longer, and it is bland as hell. Bland crust makes for a bland pizza, regardless of how good the ingredients are. Disappointing.
