Pizza Casbah

Got a meat lovers and the Central Park (pictured). Pizzas were fast, but ordinary. College/drunk pies.

Cheese takes up most of the flavor, not a lot of sauce, some flop, average crust. Pizza was very hot still with delivery which was a good thing! Worth a try

Very solid pie. You get a bit of everything. Little sweet, rich, garlic, salt. Could be a bit crisper and tighter but it’s really good for Colorado pie.

One of the best NY Style Pizza I have had both inside or outside of the city. This is ultra thin and still very crispy.

In Fort Collins, CSU college town. Little bit floppy and greasy. Good ingredients and flavor. Very thin. Solid pizza.

Good drunk pizza, not exactly New York pizza, but pretty close being it’s in Fort Collins, Colorado. $3 for a cheese slice, which compared to the East coast may appear on the pricey side, but for a slice here it’s not bad. Decent structure, good ingredients, but sauce is a bit watery. Overall a solid 7.1 drunk slice.

Average slice at best. Good size though

One bite....everyone knows the rules. Honestly this is one of my go to places. Pizza is consistent and the sauce is on point. It’s not to sweet, doesn’t have to much basil. Nice New York flop, but it is greasy. The crust is freaking crispy, light and have a great flavor. Welcome to flavor town!
