Pizza Centro

One of the better pizza joints in Santa Fe. Great crust. Good sauce.

Good slice but nothing you’d be shouting from every rooftop from here to Alaska about. Cheese was fresh but the slice was a reheat so it was greasy (maybe less grease with a while pie?). Crust was phenomenal great crunch but not overdone. Sauce was above average and that’s all you need to have a pizza people talk about around here. 7.2 good score for a good pizza.

Pizza Centro as a whole is the best pizza “chain”/restaurant in all of New Mexico. Anyone who says different doesn’t know what pizza is and is not from the tri-state area. That being said Pizza Centro is wildly inconsistent. Today’s slice was well rounded, not over or undercooked. Ingredients are always fresh. Enjoyable, average slice in NYC or CT but absolute top notch for New Mexico.
