Friday pizza review. Pizza Chef, never had their pizza so my son and I thought, “hey, let’s give it a try.” Of course, we love grandma style pizza, so we went with that. Pizza looked amazing and it was good. Sweet sauce was on point; more mozzarella than I usually find on my grandma pies, but still a good balance. The one negative is the crust - wasn’t as crispy as a top shelf grandma should be - a little doughy for my preference. Still, taste was good and my son and I killed this pie in about 10 minutes. Not a bad way to start the weekend! That’s a review.
