Pizza Chef Italian restaurant

Round with olives was good. No flop and decent undercarriage. Sauce and cheese were good 7.1. Other pie is a Chicago style pan pizza and it was the winner. Thick and delicious crust. Plenty of cheese, and the sauce was sweet but tangy 7.7

Friday pizza review. Pizza Chef, never had their pizza so my son and I thought, “hey, let’s give it a try.” Of course, we love grandma style pizza, so we went with that. Pizza looked amazing and it was good. Sweet sauce was on point; more mozzarella than I usually find on my grandma pies, but still a good balance. The one negative is the crust - wasn’t as crispy as a top shelf grandma should be - a little doughy for my preference. Still, taste was good and my son and I killed this pie in about 10 minutes. Not a bad way to start the weekend! That’s a review.

Good thin crust, minimal flop, good flavor in sauce. A bit greasy and good cheese but still a really good slice

Well cooked, good taste in the cheese and sauce. Little bit of spice in there. Good crust.

I was expecting an average pizza and that what I got, won’t be disappointed if this place is near you and need a fix but not worth going out of your way for. I do like how they did up the extra sauce on half, hard to believe those are two slices of the same pie. Cheese is okay a bit chewy, crust has some crisp but needs to be eaten fresh to get full affect.

Okay pizza, needs more sauce! Bacon was soggy but okay I guess!

Sauce and cheese good. Very doughy undercooked expected better crunch when advertising thin crust coal fired. Very disappointing.

I like grease but this was a little too much. No crunch. But great flavor and the right amount of sauce.

Plain cheese is my favorite in this area. Sicilian is on the same level. Sauce is excellent. They make their pies consistently great.
