Pizza Chef

OK, here we are on a little chilly, but nice Wednesday. Smack dab in the middle of OE for work. Heading out to Brooklyn for an appointment. Right before St. Patrick’s Day. So I figured I’d get a little pizza reviewing, cause I’m probably not gonna get one in on Friday. Back in the old neighborhood. Whitestone. Getting a little nostalgia, as it brings back a lot of memories. I’ve eaten at this pizzeria many times. But haven’t done a pizza review. So let’s go. It looks good, I hope it’s as good as it used to be. It’s not bad. It’s not amazing, zero flop, good crunch, but just OK taste. I would say zest it up a little bit, and it will be better. Just your average queen‘s pizza.

Crispy with a nice taste and sauce to cheese ratio

Friendly staff! The cheese slice was grease and flop city. But the taste brought me back years to my childhood. This is the “shut the kids up slice” the cbr slice was alright.

Sauce too sweet also way too soft and doughy could barley even bite through wasn’t enough cheese 4.1 that’s a review also had a calzone not bad not too much taste 5.2 on that

Good Sicilian slice. Nice spice in the sauce.

Solid pizza. Cooked well
