Pizza Classica

Ok folks it's pizza review time. Yes, Yes. It's a square. Not a Triangle, a square. It's what the family wanted tonight so let's get to the review. Ok... very doughy, not that crunch factor that most people look for. The undercarriage is not all that crispy. Now for me, it's a bit too cheesy but that's what you get with most Sicilian pies/slices. I feel the cheese is taking away the taste of the sauce. Now I tried the middle which had a bit more sauce and it was better, but I have to rate what I have in front of me. I think I'm being generous 6.8. Now I have had there upside down pie, now that's crispy, saucy and a higher score. 6.8 that's a review.
