Not enough sauce, mostly crust and cheese. Lots of air bubbles.

Last night, I decided it was time to try Pizza Corral’s Taco Pizza. I saw that it was getting some good mentions on the local Foodie Group, so I needed to investigate. It was good. I was happy with it. It tasted a lot better than it looks in the photograph. If you like taco pizza, it deserves a try. I give it a 7.8 on the taco pizza scale.

I am a fan of pan style pizza so this is right up my alley. First, pizza was cooked great, not burnt but just enough crisp. The sauce was on point, great flavor through out. In my opinion, best pan style pizza in the area.

The Rod Smith of pizza. Steady, reliable, you know exactly what you’re getting Night in and night out. It’s on the thicker side as far as thin crust pizzas go but it works perfectly.
