Ok, first off...the young blonde girl inside gets this spot extra percent points. Super warm, welcoming and friendly as soon as i walked in the door.
So onto the pizza. As always, here to rate the Sicilian slice.
Price wise - suuuuuper reasonable. $9.50 out the door for a regular and 2 sicilian slices. This is not a spot that gives up quality for price either.
The regular slice is thin, crispy, and a great cheese to sauce ratio. The sauce is a bit bland though, but not terrible.
The sicilian, very very good! Perfect thickness. Nice and crispy under and crust. Dough had that classic chew to it, but was light and not over powering. Cheese was solid, nice pull. The sauce so much better than the regular. Good thick sauce, lot of flavor with some tang to it.
8.1 for the pizza, 8.3 because of the girl up front being awesome.
