This is one of the best in the west. If you like the true Napoli style pizza this one nails it. It’s not wood fires but you seriously would think it was. It’s all about the dough. Nice flop and a fluffy crunchy crust to die for. Nice fresh sauce and amazing cheese. Eat this thing hot. So easy to finish a whole pizza. Not heavy and leaves you satisfied. A must try.
