Pizza Di Palermo

Good plain pie, 7.3. A 10 for the Great guy that owns and operates the place. Always a consistent product and friendly staff.

Really good cheese, sauce is barely present, however very good cheese. Quite chewy if you’re into that. The grease is strong with this one but it’s actually good.

Decent cheese pizza. Good cheese but light on the sauce.

I switched it up this time and went for the “signature pie”. The Margherita Pizza. This pizza was served to me STEAMING hot which I love. Once I grabbed my first slice I knew the pizza would be a winner. It passed the flop test. My first bite was a burst of flavor on my pallet. The crunch was legendary and just right. Hands down best pizza in EHT.
