Pizza di Paolo

Very impressive pizza. It looks fairly simple (I don’t know if simple is the right word) with very fresh ingredients. The sauce seems like an authentic Italian style sauce, not as salty as a typical sauce I am used to. I think the most impressive part of my pizza was the crust. Awesome flavor, little char, and the perfect crunch. I’d like a little more cheese but that’s the Packer blood in me. I’m definitely looking forward to trying every pizza on their menu.
