Eye test - looks dry which is vaguely true Execution - bake was overcooked, needed to come out one minute quicker. Otherwise solid Ratio - perfect Cheese - a little funk and salty in a good way. Nicely added to the equation. Great combo of cheeses Sauce - a tad sweet and very fresh, loved it Dough - nice taste but overdone. The edges were actually hard. The rest is way crunchy.
