Looks great. Nice crust. Good flavours. Saggy base and too much flop though. WAY too much flop. This thing has as much structure as a shitty ass sandcastle

It’s below average ‘fancy’ sourdough. No crisp to the pizza, but some nice flavour to it. Environment probably saves it.

TON of sauce, cheese is very good. Would’ve liked to see a higher cheese to sauce ratio.
