I got the regular pizza preparation though it is wood fired. They do not skimp on toppings and it was ready in about 5 minutes. I think I would have liked it more if I elected for the Buffalo mozzarella, which is more traditional to this style of pizza. I wanted a little from the sauce, but was a nice bonus that they send you out with a cup of red sauce, which was great to dip. Dough tastes fresh and fluffy but with a nice char. This area needed a spot like this that is a little different. I would recommend it if you want to get away from the chains and want to try wood fired pizza.
