Pizza Gorda

A little under done and very floppy. Saucedo is great and the crust was good but could have been crispier. All In all, good pizza.

Very good pizza. According to the owner, they import their flour from Naples, Italy and the crust is delicious. Plenty of crunch, solid under carriage, cooked right with bubbles and all, and thin enough to win. We’ll be back.

Great pizza. Cheese is authentic and cooked well. Charred to perfection on the bottom. The sauce is tangy with a slight sweetness. Crust is crispy and good handle

Pizza was good not great,sauce was good cheese was good crust could have had a little more taste. The mussels were outstanding wine was great. Nice cottage atmosphere.

This is an average score based on our 4 experiences here. It’s ranged from 7.9-8.5. Overall they serve a good pie. The cheese is fantastic. The sauce is heavy on the tomato flavor, nothing really to rave about. The crust has good flavor, we like ours crispy and well done. They hit it out of the park once. This particular pizza seemed rushed, there was no crunch at all and no well done flavor. Good pizza, but a little inconsistent depending on your preferences.

1 bite, 2 words Frankie: Quattro Formagi. The highest level of service & quality possible done by real tongue-rolling Italians. The cottage feel & the whole vibe makes this pizza authentic & enjoyable to consume.

Sauce was great but I expect a better crust with a wood burning oven.

Went with the classic cheese tonight. Good sauce flavor but cheese was falling off the slice. We tried the wings, garlic knots, and bruschetta all very good
