Pizza Review
Ok Frankie today we are at Pizza Hut (review time Jan 29th 12:00pm)... funny thing about this place Frankie—> is that it’s next to Tonino’s that we reviewed a little while back with the insane gangster family (that we were scared of) that was working in there and we were scared just doing a review so we actually left the parking lot for that one -> remember Frankie ? What we give Tonino’s??? 7.7 I think ? .... and we can’t believe that right next-door is Pizza Hut basically touching the same facility that Tonino’s calls home -> it’s an old business analogy here in Canada —> monkey see monkey do —> that’s a lesson in business Frankie —> we’re here to review pizza .... and you can’t take our word seriously if we don’t go around and it least try all of the franchises-> at least once—> so here we are today and it’s is time to try Pizza Hut —> because you can’t mention Pizza Hut over and over as a comparable and then never actually review Pizza Hut -> so we came out here today -> it’s Canada -> it’s cold -> it’s January-> they took our phone number like they were going to call? But after 30min Frankie we went into inquire! We ordered at 11:23am and it’s noon Frankie —> Pizza was ready for a long time ??? Lady behind the counter made it seem like she was going to call us —> one bite everyone knows the rules-> remember in the 80s Frankie when Pizza Hut was ‘like’ the best Chicago deep dish style pizza that you could get in Canada-> it came along way since then—> where it’s turned into a commercialized version of a proper Chicago deep dish pizza —> and it would be a disappointment if you were looking for an actual Chicago pie —> but they have perfected (whatever this is ) to a level where the crust is perfect and the Crisco cheese edges are perfect and the taste is very enjoyable and it reminds you of —> like the comparable of a McDonald’s in the burger world would be a Pizza Hut in the pizza world—> it’s not the best pizza you’ve ever had —> just like McDonald’s is not the best burger you’ve ever had—> but you’ve come to expect a certain level of quality from those products and though the bar is set pretty low-> as long as it meets the bar at every location ? Then it’s a business model —-> and when you go -> you except a business formula —> so that when you’re craving something? You can go and get it.—> and that standard has been met! -> as far as we are concerned—>traditional bland Sauce -> undercarriage has baked frisco style perfection —> it did have zero flop ... ( some would call it greasy pan pizza Frankie - We wouldn’t - some would - We wouldn’t)... so are though deducting a point for the miscommunication—> one point at least for that Frankie —> (1 to 10 / one bite / everyone knows the rules / bite it / score it -> 1 thru 10 -> here we go) ~> all wrapped into one ! everything above taken into consideration and remembering that we are reviewing Pizza Hut here —> 5.2 (professional score) Pizza Hut -> You would think that we would be down on Pizza Hut right Frankie? But it’s not true—> it was a good pie—> we ate the entire thing and we didn’t stop eating until it was done—> it is exactly what you wanted it to be —> it’s that staple -> it’s that good feeling -> it’s that memory that you’ve always had and when you go there —-> and you have it and you’ve never not enjoying it —> it’s Pizza Hut —> we’re not gonna be down on Pizza Hut -> it’s not their fault that the people running this particular location are not really good at business and leave their customer sitting outside waiting for 30 minutes for a pizza that was done within 10? That’s their prerogative —> for us we just judge pizzas and we are not gonna be giving bad reviews because of a particular franchise —> in The world where there is no bad pizza? This is a 5.2 —> that’s a review!
