Pizza Joe's

I ordered a big joe "well done". Well it wasn't. The flavor is good. Kind of tangy but the crust is heavy and doughy. Square or round cut. Crust always seems under done. Maybe because it is so thick I'm not sure. It is a good pizza but nothing special.
