Good crust perfectly thin

Very solid pie with zero flop.

Good thin crust cooked well on the bottom. Good flavor of cheese and sauce. Sauce had unexpected spice to it. Don’t know if that’s usually the case but a good pie.

Best pizza in the area by far

Not the sharpest looking pie in the world, but what it lacks in appearance it makes up for in both quality and ratio of ingredients. A solid but humble pie and definitely upper tier Lexington pizza.

That’s a great tasting sauce!

Alright Frankie. One bite everybody knows the rules. Solid crust with a good char at the bottom. Good cheese to dough ratio. The dough isn’t as crispy in the middle as it is in the crust so it’s got a little bit of flop. Sauce is pretty good. 7.1 that’s a review.

Rating based on cheese. Good tang and cheese. Bonus review for Sweet Hot Mama - very spicy jalapeños

Perfect flop, crispy. Awesome spice but may need a little more. Great taste and probably the best in town.

Thin and crispy. Lost points for grease. Best pizza so far in Lexington.
