Pizza La Stella

Decent neopolitan pizza with a great sauce. Slice is very soft and chewy with a lot of flop. A bit pricey for what you get.

Average pizza. Very greasy and lots of dough.

Fancy pizza/Neapolitan. They give the kids little pizza doughs to play with.

Crust was good, excellent sauce and cheese. Only complaint was that it had too much flop. Definitely a good pizza.

So first of all, excellent customer service. Jeremy, the manager, brought us out a second pizza for free because THEY thought the first one was too small. So kudos for taking care of us. Now, I made the mistake in a previous review of judging the pepperonis incorrectly. I was wrong, and I learned something today. That being said, everyone’s taste is different. The pizza is great, I leaned it only takes 2 min total to prepare the pizza for us, and that the middle should be extra floppy due to how they cook it. The crust was excellent, I’m a thin crust guy myself, but this crust was stellar. Nice combination of crunch on the outside while maintaining a nice soft interior. The sauce and cheese were my favorite parts. The sauce is authentic, and has an excellent taste to it, bold. Overall, we enjoyed our experience here and will return.

The crust is absolutely amazing! Chewy and soft and very flavorful. However the star of this show is the marinara sauce made from tomatoes grown from the volcanic plains of My Vesuvius. Ask for it on the side - you won’t regret it!
