I drove by this place on my way to work every day and it always looked interesting. Gave them a few months to get up and running before I stopped by.
I wanted to love it, so I went in blind no idea what style to expect. Holy cow this is absolutely TERRIBLE pie. It might be perfect for drunk people from Texas (they stay open until 4am) but there's no way any of this is fresh. It would not surprise me if these came premade to a certain degree, or maybe they're made and then frozen until ordered? I don't know.
Doughy and undercooked. Greasy but flavorless. Way too much low quality pre shredded cheese and Sysco cheap pre-made sauce. The crust is probably pre made as well.
I added two points to the score. 1 point for their late hours and location. 1 more points because after one bite, the gentleman gave me a refund no questions asked, almost like he was used to it.
