Fluffy New York-style slice with a softer, more bread-forward crust than your typical ny city pie. If you like any char at all, definitely order it well done, as it leans pale out of the oven. The sauce runs slightly and just barely on the sweet side, paired with a generous layer of chewy mozzarella. If this were square cut, it could pass for a solid school cafeteria-style pizza. Overall, a respectable slice. 7.0 using Dave’s scale.
