Really nice crunchy oiled crust with a blend of cheese, flavorful dough, crispy edges, and a sauce that starts off good but I found it was in need of a little salt because it was hitting my palate a tad thin. Overall, a very good pie. I loved the chopped onion layer underneath the cheese. Makes it very unique and different than most other pizzas including Old Forge style.

Superior Sicilian! I know is may be blasphemous for some but the Sicilian fried pizza is better than all of the old forge offerings. The crust is light for being a Sicilian pie and the crust is crispy with the edges having a near perfect crunch. Cheese is plentiful without being overdone. Sauce is mildly sweet without overpowering the pie. Just about as perfect of a Sicilian pie there is.
