Pizza Man

The crust is a great balance between Crispy and doughy. Great tasting crust. My issue comes with the sauce. Its just a bit too bland and watery. The top crust ends up being soggy. Its not a terrible pizza. If it wasn’t for the sauce, this could easily have been a 7 or a bit higher. This well done cheese pizza with added fresh mozzarella came out to about $14.50. Though its a medium, its a good size. Its comparable to a chain restaurants large, if not slightly larger.
