Generally speaking Maine pizza is minor league pizza. This pie is a single A player struggling to make it to double A ball. Crust is like a cracker not like real pizza crust. Sauce is so heavy on the garlic you can’t even taste the cheese. Unremarkable.

Lots of flour/cornmeal on the bottom. Making it dry. 👎🏼 Crispy crust bottom is crispy too 👍🏼 Lots of cheese and fair amount of sauce but everything falls off 🤷🏼‍♂️
