Pizza Matta

Ordered for pick up and was a little underwhelmed. Even after putting it in a hot oven for 10 minutes, the dough still seemed under baked. I will try it again but was not impressed the first time around. 6.8. Fair score.

Great under carriage. Good crisp. Good cheese and sauce. Worth the trip to this neighborhood spot. If it was a little thinner it’d be in the 9.1 region.
