Nice slice. You want flip? You got flop. Cheese is tasty, a little chewy. Crust is nice thickness but really heavy on the corn meal bottom and a bit chewy. Sauce is tomato-ey than I prefer but there’s a good sauce to cheese ratio. Pleasantly surprised by this one.
