Thin. Crispy. Cracker like. This pizza came out with a crust that had that perfect snap to it, and the char was absolutely on point. Nice little crunch without turning into a cracker you need a chisel to eat. The sauce to cheese ratio was solid as everything was balanced and the cheese had a nice melt. My only knock however was that I wanted a little more flavor from the sauce. It wasn’t bad by any stretch, but it needed a little more punch to really make the pizza pop. Overall, a good thin crust pizza if you’re in the area.
