Locally sourced flour for the dough, tangy sauce (not too sweet) fresh toppings all made in brick fire oven using mesquite wood (I believe). If you’re daring, try the “Beehive” with House pickled jalapeños and topped with honey. I should give this place a 9.9 since “Nono” means “ninth” in Italian (located in the 9th and 9th neighborhood) but staying true to the Barstool mantra, it’s better to be surprised than to over hype.
