This was a good pizza. If you haven’t had it I would recommend giving it a try.
The breakdown.
Sauce:
Spicy/Savory. Personally my favorite type. This sauce was good. Perfect amount for the pizza.
Dough:
Dough is a little thicker, which I prefer. If you are looking for a cracker crust go and get a saltine cracker. The dough is well balanced with the pizza. The belly has a nice bake. The dough is crunchy, yet airy.
Toppings:
I had the pepperoni for this review, which is my go to for a first taste. Personally I like my pepperoni’s cooked more, but these passed the test.
Overall:
If you are In the area and want a good pizza I would recommend checking this one out. The pizza is well balanced on all levels, dough, sauce, toppings. I feel this will be a really good cold breakfast pizza, if you are into that as I am. I had two pieces for dinner and I was good. Definitely one to try if you haven’t already.
