They are onto something here. It’s a start and we all start somewhere. The thing take on the crust is a few modifications away from a major improvement on this score. A little more crisp, a little more zing to the sauce, a little more cheese and we are talking a solid pizza spot. Sustain the thin crust though! Small steps for a pizza shop; one giant step for a score improvement.
