Pan fried Sicilian is one of the defining styles of Luzerne County and this is generally considered the best of the bunch.
I did regular, extra sauce, extra cheese, and both onion/no onion. Final verdict is that extra sauce wins for everyone (the regular was too light on sauce), didn’t try it with onion but parents both liked the onion so we’d try that next time. The onion does change the pizza tooo much but you do get the occasional texture and slight flavor from having it in.
Aside from that, the crust is the star since it’s fried in peanut oil, the sauce has a perfect tang to it that you come to expect from the style, and the cheese is solid, nothing too crazy there I think it’s primarily moz. It’s always going to be a little greasy so I didn’t try the pepperoni since I thought that’d be overwhelming but could be worth trying. Cash only spot and super close to Scott H (met for beerz and lunch). Even Nathan liked this bc it reminds him of deep dish or Pizza Hut but that’s saying a lot.
