Pizza Pete- Orland Park

I grew up in the 80s and remember eating Pizza Pete as a kid. Now I live an hour away and still make the trip to pick a few up several times a year. One of the most delicious pizzas I’ve ever had. It’s in my top 5 of all time. 2nd generation owners and the oldest restaurant in Orland Park. Just a small hole in the wall place with a pickup window inside a very small area. Dave probably wouldn’t go crazy about it not being his style, but he should definitely make the trip and try it.

Super thin, no flop. Perfectly cooked. Great sausage. 8.4. great score and everyone that knows me this is my style pie - basically my new haven scale.

Solid above average pie. Ultra thin crust. Well done is the right call. If you’re on the fence between sausage and pepperoni, go with the sausage.

Definitely better than I thought it was going to be. Ultra thin crust with a nice snap to it…tasty sauce.

Ok. Decent greasiness. Taste of cheese and sausage seemed bland. Crust was rubbery.
