I grew up in the 80s and remember eating Pizza Pete as a kid. Now I live an hour away and still make the trip to pick a few up several times a year. One of the most delicious pizzas I’ve ever had. It’s in my top 5 of all time. 2nd generation owners and the oldest restaurant in Orland Park. Just a small hole in the wall place with a pickup window inside a very small area. Dave probably wouldn’t go crazy about it not being his style, but he should definitely make the trip and try it.

Solid above average pie. Ultra thin crust. Well done is the right call. If you’re on the fence between sausage and pepperoni, go with the sausage.

Worked at the Cal City store 79-85. Still pretty close to the old pie. Til it back to Indiana so no cut. Heated up great and crispy. One of the best.
