Served hot and crispy in 2-3 minutes. The sauce is pretty good and balanced with very little tang. The mozzarella is good quality and it is cooked very well. The dough recipe is top shelf and very tasty. The only detractor is the lack of seasoning & salt. The slice is good but almost bland. Better seasoning and a little less time in the oven would get this slice to the low 7.0’s.

My first time trying pizza in Dutchess County. I don’t like the pizza that much. It’s mushy, greasy, no crisp, and there’s no flavor to it. Very disappointed with that. Michael’s rating: 5.2 Chicken Bacon Ranch: 5.9

Nice and thin I ordered it welldone and it was cooked perfect for me. If the sauce had a little more flavor it would have been a higher score. Very solid pizza.

Best pizza in the area, and there’s a lot of pizza places but Phil wins. Definitely recommended if you want a quality slice.
