Today’s my birthday so what better day to do a pizza review?! I want to start off by saying that I had to please the lady so toppings were required. The sauce has a great tang, adequate (and very flavorful) cheese despite having to order two toppings. Great presentation and dispersing of toppings amongst the entire pizza. Overall everything tastes fresh.
The downfall of this pizza is the crisp. The pizza is doughie.... but nothing a few more minutes in the oven can’t fix. If they used a coal fired scheme this would easily be an 8+. Regardless, this is the best pizza in the town of Delmar. 7.3.
