The Big Roman is a perfect example of what I call #beauties. When a slice comes from a fresh pie (or it’s cooled down just a bit), it’s perfection.

Good quick bite walking around Disney Springs

Giant slice. Flavor is decent

Below avg crust, avg body, $8-10 per slice

Okay flavor, lots of grease, but decent pepperoni. Too much flop and you are certainly paying for the Disney name. Almost no sauce, very gimmicky.

Solid slice of pie. I’m normally a thin crust guy, but the Sicilian-style San Gennaro looked too good not to try. The peppers, Italian sausage, and onions on mozzarella and fontina were incredible.

Expensive slices, but at least they are big in size. Four cheese (the square) was better than the plain, original slice. Decent flavor, solid undercarriage for both slices with little flop. Nothing distinct about its flavor, though.
