Pizza port has a great selection of fresh slices, amazing pinwheels and a variety of different types of garlic knots. I would rate their regular slice at a 7.3 as a solid football pizza type slice. The sauce and cheese are great but the crust is what keeps it from beings higher score. The crust is your standard pizzeria crust. It could either use some texture on the bottom, or semolina, or aerated crust. This would make it stand out. The reason for the high score is that their buffalo chicken slice, imo, is the best in th game. First, their buffalo chicken is not over loaded and slathered in buffalo sauce like some do. Second, thy add celery which works the same way as if it’s given with buffalo wings at a game. Then they wisely drizzle it with ranch which works better than bleu cheese. This makes for an excellent balance and taste. Other top slices are their over loaded chicken caesar slice, their bacon chicken ranch slice, chicken francese and their penne vodka slice. Outside of that their portions for pasta and salad dishes are large for another plus. Great group of guys.
