Pizza Review
The crust is nearly perfect. Thin, crispy and beautiful undercarriage. The tomato flavor of the sauce is a little dull from too much oregano, and the cheese is a little light on flavor, but it’s still very good pizza. Added some freshly-grated pecorino, and it’s a lot better. With a cleaner-tasting sauce and maybe some parm or pecorino, this is well into the 8s.
