Pizza Prince Of Brooklyn

This place is an absolute gem! If you appreciate spectacular pizza, you need to try this place. If you can't tell the difference, then stick with that little Caesars you've been eating. I had two slices from the pizzas in the warming oven, it blows my mind to think of how good it would be as a fresh pie, but in my mind, I don't think the slices lost much at all. Seriously, everything was perfect. Real cheese, just the right amount. Slices of sausage on the other slice, all high-quality fresh ingredients. The crust was perfect not a cracker crust a true New York crust with a little bit of crisp all the way to the tip. Was spectacular, everything about this slice was spectacular

This pizza is better than many I had growing up in upstate NY. The ricotta and eggplant is phenomenal!

Calzone- highly recommended! But the Brooklyn style pizza is perfect! The owner is serious about his slices! It’s a strip mall type place but a fun family experience with board games- my 7 year old son and fiancé loved it. Took a little while so order ahead but Dave would love this place. Lined up out the door!

Hard to find decent new york style pizza in north ga. Pizza prince will not disappoint. At the time of this review he was still in the gas station. Can't wait until he opens his store in plaza.

One bite everyone knows the rules. New place. Pizza has good crisp and not a lot of flop. Lite on the grease, good tang on the sauce and not too sweet. Probably the best pizza in the area.
