Pizza Ricca

This pizza would score much higher in a strictly south Florida pizza context (8.5 perhaps). However, I’m using Dave’s metrics as this is his site. Zero flop, very nice crust and well cooked, crisp but not brittle. Touch more sauce wouldn’t have killed them. Sauce had mildly pleasant spice. Cheese levels sound. Grease factor disqualified by roni inclusion. Overall good pie and very good for the area.

Excellent crisp! Perfectly balanced sauce to cheese ratio, no grease, cooked perfect with no flop. The toppings are put on evenly distributed. They know how to make a really good pizza. I found this place using this app and so glad that I did. Don’t let the outside fool you!! You can easily pass right by it, Right across the street from the Hard Rock

Great pizza. Ok crisp. High 7 is a fair score. Wouldn't travel to get it. Great pie nonetheless.

Came here for the high scores and reviews of other members I’ve been following and who’s reviews have been in line with mine.. Pizza Ricca.. Love the owners.. very passionate owner who co-owns with his brother.. you’ll notice on both scores the construction was high.. where the Duchess and I felt it was off was in flavor of sauce.. Just wasn’t perfect.. Cheese great.. crust needed little more flavor also.. but still great!! When I judge.. I want perfection in flavor.. certain parts weren’t perfect but we’re still great!! I gave 7.9 Football pizza and the Margarita (which is better and not really a margarita more like a specialty made pie) an 8.1.. The construction on both Incredible.. combined middle score 8.0.. Pizza worth the trip!!

Pizzaricca is the best pizza I had in 47 years in Florida .. I can’t even think of one better in New York. I travel 35 miles round trip passing dozens of other Pizza places. The only problem I have with it is it I eat most of it on my way home. Quality, service and taste is impeccable

Awesome pie. Sauce was great. Absolutely no flop. From tip to crust.....each bite was consistent all the way thru. Will be driving back down to south florida for this pizza again and again.

Hidden gem of south florida. No flop. Undercarriage is perfect. It has a nice snap to it when you bite it. Best pizza I ever had.

Wow, finally a good local pizza place in Hollywood with fresh ingredients and the pizza taste out of this world. I love the customer service and the fast service they have. My new favorite pizza place in Hollywood.

By far the best pizza in south Florida my opinion .. you tell the owner to make it your way and he delivers every time .. I’ve had many of his pizza’s but this one right here had the perfect contrast of taste ...
