Pizza Rollio

Not sure it’s a very fair score as I had delivered (too cold out to walk) but very thin and light. Cheese was good- sauce had the tang, the rolling technique added great texture. If my slice wasn’t almost completely cold- would’ve stood its ground better in the ranking ring. 6.4

Not a traditional pizza by any means. No slices here either, but you really don’t need it. The pizza is super thin and clean. Just a little too floppy and greasy. The outside pieces were really crisp, if the whole pie was like that I would of went a lot higher!
